What this site collects, why, and how to make us delete it. It is short because the site does very little.
Who we are
HotPunch and FLPRX are trading names of Filippo Rossi, via del Mandrione 103, 00181 Roma, Italy, VAT IT08008000963, who is the data controller for everything described here. For anything on this page, write to info@hotpunch.app.
The beta form
If you ask for beta access we store what you typed, so we can work out who to open it to and then write to you when it opens. We also store your IP address and browser user agent, which arrive with the request and which we keep to spot abuse of the form.

Those last ones are read from the address you arrived on, at the moment you send the form, and nothing about them is written to or read from your device — no cookie, no local storage, nothing to consent to or refuse. If you never send the form we never record them at all. They identify a campaign, not a person.
It is stored on our own server and no third party has access to it. We keep it for 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
The Meta Pixel
If you agree to it, we load a tracker from Meta that sets a cookie and tells Meta you visited, so we can tell whether our advertising is working. This means Meta receives your IP address and information about this visit, and can connect it to your Meta account if you have one. Data goes to Meta Platforms Ireland and may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
If you accept and then successfully send the beta form, we also tell Meta that a request was completed. That is the event alone - none of what you typed is sent, and Meta is not told who you are beyond what the cookie already links to your account.
The legal basis is your consent, and nothing else. It does not load until you press Accept, it does not load if you press Decline, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie choice link at the bottom of the home page. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to object to it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before. One email to info@hotpunch.app is enough for any of these, and we do not ask you to justify a deletion request.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to your national supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
What this site does not do
- No analytics beyond the Meta Pixel described above.
- No newsletter, no mailing list, no drip sequence. One email when the beta opens.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- No automated decision-making. A person reads the beta requests.
Changes
If we change what we collect we will change this page. Last updated 5 August 2026.
